"This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive the worst burger and chips I have ever seen. It was like a meal for a dog, and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The manager didn't even come to speak to me when I complained. I had to ask for a refund as the experience made me sick and angry. I will not be returning to this place. It was a complete disappointment."
