"Paco's is a Perth institution and it's not hard to understand why. The decor is eccentric and unique, the staff are friendly, efficient and competent and by today's standards prices are reasonable. Although the restaurant is large and usually busy, background music is kept subdued and carrying on a conversation is never a problem. The only minor gripe is the hike to the toilets."

Wide ranging menu. Plain burger very good. But prices quite high for the menu. Also, salmon starter not now available.

We had a very nice meal and drinks before going to the Concert Hall. Slightly longer to wait but we had ordered burgers. Restaurant was quite busy but service was good.

Food average. Fries underdone and lukewarm by the time they reached the table. One of the waiting staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Service slow once main meals done. Waited 20 mins for coffees and had to ask staff where they were. Used to love coming here but the food isn't as good as it once was.

Nice, family restaurant in Perth. It's very spacious and it has a huge variety of food options. We liked the interior decoration with all the antiques on the walls. My vegan burger was not that nice, but I think it was only because I ordered the vegan one. My friend who ordered the beef one was very satisfied.

This restaurant has such a great ambience. A lot of vintage style photos and sports equipment are shown for decoration. The food was good. Very friendly and kind staff. Restroom are very nice. The restaurant has two floors all made of vintage style. The dining experience was great. Most of the British cuisines are available. The taste was good.

"Pleasant environment and staff were efficient. I ordered the special ciabatta with chicken and bacon, alongside a flat white coffee. The ciabatta seemed a little on the small side to me, though in observing the other clientele, I was probably a little out of place to be honest that includes my appetite. In my opinion Willows seems more geared towards 'ladies who lunch ', high teas maybe, or cocktails before the theatre. I 'm more of a messy plate of dirty fries with a burger kind of guy... if you know what I mean, and I certainly don 't mean any disrespect with that observation. The ciabatta was good and flavourful. The salad was very good and varied, the dressing was nice and rich too. I enjoyed the coffee and the final price, between 10 and 11 pounds was reasonable and expected. Accessibility wise, there is seating outdoors but there are steps inside to reach other parts of the restaurant. The chairs and tables may turn into obstacles for wheelchair users, particularly solo users, because they are quite close together. I 'd recommend booking ahead to help the staff prepare a good table if you have any accessibility requirements. Personally, I did feel a little out of place at Willows, but that was more of an observation than any true feeling of discomfort. I will keep Willows in mind if I go to lunch with a girl I want to impress, for example, and I 'd definitely recommend it for anyone wanting afternoon coffee, cakes, or a cocktail before the theatre etc."
