Home delivery told 1/2 hour, 1 hour 10 mins later still not arrived. Another time 2 chicken bhunas ordered got food that looked and tasted like had been cooked before, not nice at all Price per person: £10–20

Awful avoid. Ordered £50 worth for delivery up to an hour. 2 hours later called and were rude and dismissive said food be another 20 minutes. Called another 45 minutes later they cancelled it said drive down tomorrow for refund! Claimed to be so busy yet when arrived to get money back the place was empty. Don’t bother. Not even an apology. Lovely food, rubbish delivery service. They only take cash on delivery if you order direct from them, can only pay card through justeat etc where prices are at least 25% more expensive. Had about 4 so far, one time turned up cold, another didn't turn up at all even afyer two hours when the delivery driver was still on the way (he'd been over 30 mins so far), so can be hit and miss. Absolutely amazing evening spent at Paprika! When dining with our in-laws and young nephews, Naz made us feel very relaxed and welcome as soon as we walked through the door! His understanding in entertaining young children whilst dining out, and his kindness when the boys would speak to him was lovely!! My husband asked for his recommendation, and what was recommended did not disappoint! The most delicious curry we have had ever! We frequently get takeaways from Paprika but will now start eating in more often! Thank you again

The food here is excellent, as are the waiting staff. The Sheek kebab is probably the best I have ever had and my wife would probably say the same for their special balti (I can't remember it's full name). I too would say the same for the main but for the fact that I went for one slightly too hot for my taste...but that is another good thing for this place...you can order what you want and state what heat you want...medium, madras hot or something hotter. I don't know why I keep thinking I can manage the madras hot! Friendly and attentive waiting staff. We will return.

My family have been ordering food from Paprika Horndean for over ten years and although the management has changed the food has always been fantastic. Tonight, 16th October 2022, I called to order the normal food for delivery and was told the price had gone up 5.00 it's not the fact that the price has increased by 5.00 it the fact that when I queried this, the guy I spoke to said everything has gone up. I said so we have to pay an extra 5.00 tonight, I confirmed that I would accept the delivery tonight but that would be the last time I ordered from Paprika, he replied you can leave this order if you like.
