"Let me start by saying that if you plan on eating here Saturday night you must have reservations or great luck. We had great luck but the 25 or so people who came in behind us were turned away as there simply was no room. There is not a lot of seating to start but a small number of bar stools were available for my family during my visit so we bellied up to the bar. This is easily the most American burger joint in regards to flavor in all of Germany. The menu is certain to have something greasy and uniquely American that will fill the void until your return to the States. We will definately return. We read a few poor reviews online about the place but experiences must vary because we were very pleased with the speed and service. The decor was a mix of Southern U.S. gas station and Mom n Pop Diner. Between what you see there and what you read online you can figure the place is run by a retired Army MP (don't hold it against him) who can't bear to leave Germany. There's a parking lot right out front as well but not really necessary if you want to have a few beers during your stay, the walk from post is reasonable."

My favorite place in Schweinfurt. Wide range of American food and drinks. Quality is excellent. Price performance fits. The services are always friendly. I also find the establishment of the diner wonderful and very welcoming.

The food at Paul's is outstanding. I have no complaints in the food quality department. My negatives here are somewhat slow service (not enough to ruin your time or anything) and limited American beer selection (lots on the menu but you have to ask what they have at the time, last time I was there they had none). The advice I have for going is to make sure you make a reservation.
