"I had written a review for our meal on the JustEat app. I described our dinner as it was. Extremely disappointing. The chicken does not taste grilled, it tastes likes it has been roasted and then reheated. The lettuce and vegetables in the side salad were so old and wet and limp it was inedible, and they forgot the sauce we paid for which after reading their reviews they leave things out of many meals. There are several complaints regarding this. The rice was just mediocre and tasteless. It could definitely be compared to microwaveable rice from the grocery store. The chips were decent though, but I’m sorry it takes more than that. It just is not good food. That’s the bottom line. But here is the kicker, and please read further. When I wrote this very similar review on their justeat page, they came back with “it was a collection order so make sure you are on time. My husband was there FIVE minutes early. Do not try to blame the customer for your subpar, really bad food!!! And you didn’t even offer to refund for the missing sauce. So not only is your food bad, you’re thieves. Please order from anywhere but here. I look forward to seeing their reply. It’s a shame we can’t answer back on here."

My food should not take 30 minutes to be prepared. The food is good, but the staff is not very attentive. They need to work on speeding up the service as soon as possible.

They are very unhygienic. They swept on the floor and they didn’t wash their hands afterwards. And then they touched the fries and etc. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it tastes good. View menu

Ordered a takeaway from them, and 2 out of the 3 burgers we got had visible mould on them. Rang them to at least let them know that the bread they’re serving is mouldy and said I’d receive a call back but haven’t heard back.

As a frequent customer, I consistently receive excellent service at this restaurant. The staff and delivery drivers are extremely friendly. I have only encountered one issue with my order in the past, which was promptly resolved. The food always exceeds my expectations!

Took an hour before i called up chasing for the order and they didnt speak english. Eventually they said it has left and will be 10 minutes, another 40 minutes and i called again to find out the have no record of our order, after they passed the phone to someone that spoke english obviously. Used to be a regular customer, but over the last few years they have gone downhill massively and it has gotten to the point where they never get a single order right for us. There has also been a number of occasions where they just don’t supply us our food. We have once again been left with no food. Do not recommend ordering from here if you actually want to eat. They will also lie to you up until close and you will be left not knowing what to do.

We ordered food from this restaurant and waited for our order for approximately 3 hours. We tried contacting the store 93 times with no answer. Despite requesting an update, our order still did not arrive and we did not receive a refund because the order was placed through Just Eat. The service was terrible and the restaurant is a disgrace. Do not waste your time or money ordering from here. We strongly advise against going to Pepe's Peri Peri in Rugby. They need to improve their service or leave the area.
