"Please note that this review is not directed towards any specific staff members at this restaurant franchise, as they all appeared to be extremely busy and hardworking. However, I believe that Pizza Express as a company is solely focused on maximizing profits, rather than providing high-quality food and positive customer experiences. The tables are arranged so closely together that it can feel uncomfortable and cramped. Additionally, the prices of the menu items are excessively high. I have encountered difficulties using Tesco vouchers on multiple occasions. Due to feeling overcharged and frustrated on several occasions, I have decided not to patronize any Pizza Express restaurants in the future. Furthermore, it is important to note that if they claim you can use your remaining Tesco balance on your next visit, this is incorrect. Pizza Express keeps the difference, causing both the customer and Tesco to lose out."

I had a wonderful meal and experience today. The waiter was very attentive and helpful with my food intolerances. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

We stopped off here whilst in the Trafford centre. Food was great but the customer service was amazing. We were served by Mel, she was informative when we were seated and went above and beyond. I even watched her take a brownie with a candle in to the child next to us.

Arrived at the entrance and waited to be seated. The place was nearly empty. A lady came up to the cupboard next to where we were standing, looked at us, fiddled about with some napkins and then walked off. Completely ignored us. What an ignoramus. We went to Zizzis instead.

our lunch has enjoyed us today with our daughter and enkelin. delicious food, nice thin pizza, the padanas were very nice. service by ana was excellent, she knows that the menu in the inner offers many suggestions with our choice. I asked how long she had worked there and was not surprised when she said that since the opening a very long time. she was also very pleasant as it was in the did all the workers. Thank you.

Our daughter ordered a kids margerita which arrived with less than half the pizza topped with Cheese. When we questioned the waiter she was flat out rude and stated that the lack of cheese, on a cheese pizza, was company policy. One of the managers came and agreed the pizza was sub-standard so we got a new one. But after that the service was non-existent as the waiter flat ignored us. We will not be going back for terrible service like that.

We had a table booked and we were seated quickly, that was the only good point of the night, I’ve never had to wait so long for food in my life, the kids starters weren’t brought out, after waiting an hour I was told my pizza wasn’t available so had to wait a further half hour to get a cheese pizza , the kids didn’t get offered desserts by which time we had had enough , I felt sorry for the waiter who kept apologising but the management was just uncaring and didn’t seem in top of delays

After an afternoon shopping Trafford Centre decided to have pizza for tea at Pizza express. Had enjoyed meals at branches at Bicester, York, Leeds Salford Keys in the last 18 months. Unfortunately Trafford Centre does not match up to other branches. The pizzas came very quickly but they need way, way more tomato sauce on, was like it been put on and then scraped off it was that thin, so the pizza was not as tasty as what we had before the toppings weren't over generous. Pizzas were not very hot on serving either and quickly went cold. Was only passable.

it's been a past since I was in pizza express although my wife and my son have recently visited. we called last night. the place was busy and we were warned about an hour ago waiting for eating. I wanted to go in anyway. a few new dinge on the manu since my last visit, no seafood pizza sad yet, is one with garlic-king prawns but not garlic. I had the pure pizza in Romana style, which was beautiful, perfectly cooked and delicious topping. sohn had his usual american hot romana and my wife had the chicken salad they really enjoyed. we had some teig balls and polnta sticks on the side and then on cheesecake and brownie. very nice eating

The only Pro that this place had was that the food was very nice. A lot of cons , absolute appalling manners on the waitress who would not crack a smile , barely showed us to our table and decided to no exaduration throw the menus on the table while walking way ahead of us . Moments after this a couple with a young toddler asked for take away boxs beside where we were seated and she would not even take their plates for them to do it she just threw the boxs on the table for them to do it . Not once asked how anything was and not given any manors or felt any bit welcomed . Waiters chatting instead of serving people , felt like Christmas of 2024 had came by the time the requested bill had arriv...

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
