"I like going here from when this cafe opened in the 90ies. I like its Art Deco interior and that you can sit outside in summer (along a slightly noisy road though). They have a good menu, do nice breakfasts. However what I particularly like...is their lemon cake and their homemade lemonade. They neither have free wifi or decaf espresso based drinks though."

Menu was in both German and English. There were at least 10 different breakfast meal options. Prices were very reasonable. It was a nice way to start the day. View menu

the burger has cost great. pommes were also completely in order. I did not use the salat so much, but was surprisingly delivered without additional cost. the delivery came approx. 10 minutes later.

A very impressive choice of delicious breakfasts.Something for almost any taste. Good freshly squeezed juices and homemade lemonade. Just make sure that you're not in a hurry. This is a breakfast to enjoy slowly.

"we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
