"EMBARRASSING! Christmas Eve dinner with a fixed menu. If you want to travel back in time and step back into the 80s, you are in the right place. From starters to main courses there wasn 't even half a course worthy of note. Frozen fish, first courses drowned in cream, Christmas dessert... a small plate with badly stuffed pandoro and panettone from the discount store, a small plate with two nougats accompanied by clearly expired almonds that you wouldn 't eat even at your great aunt with Alzheimer 's. No wine list, waiter unprepared on labels and prices. As the icing on the cake... when asked for a myrtle at the end of the meal (in a place called myrtle perfume ... the answer was: we ran out of it because we used it all for cooking pork Tomorrow... Now... I 'm a nobody and I don 't get too angry with the management and the owners who do their best, obviously within their limits. But I am amazed by the Michelin guide which lists this place among the selected restaurants in central Rome.. I 'm giving you two stars just because it 's Christmas and I feel better. To never again!"

I have been eating in this place for 15 years, I have always eaten well but recently, since the change of management I must say that the level of the cuisine has improved for the better. Mr. Mimmo is one of those old-school restaurateurs, those who pay attention to all the dishes that come out of the kitchen, asks you how it's going and doesn't allow you to leave anything on the plate Like my mother I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT Food: 5

Nice and well looked after environment even if a little 'retro '... especially the music. Varied menu, with typical Sardinian seafood dishes. The service and welcome are good, as are the dishes. I found a little bit of sand in the spaghetti, razor clams and bottarga, but more than acceptable, they were excellent. A little disappointed by the mixed grill...1 prawn, 1 scampi and half a sea bream €25...without any side dish. The wine list is good and the quality too.
