"Upon arrival, we had to wait to be seated even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. We ordered our meal and drinks, but had to remind the waitress twice before they finally arrived 20 minutes later. When our barbecue ribs finally arrived, they looked nothing like the picture on the menu - they resembled something you would find at a supermarket. The food seemed to be poorly prepared and it was evident that the grill was not properly heated. The service was lackluster and it seemed like they were more focused on takeout orders. Overall, I would not recommend Putney Fire Bar and Grill - it's best to steer clear of this place."
