"The bartender was rude and disrespectful, making unprofessional faces and complicating a simple request. Her behavior was intentionally discourteous and unpleasant. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a negative review, and I have the support of two teachers and a former police officer. The pub itself is lovely with a great atmosphere, thanks to its small size, wonderful music, and friendly customers. However, my experience, along with similar feedback from others, suggests that this bartender should consider a different career, as she clearly lacks an understanding of customer service and poses a risk to the establishment's success."

The service was a bit slow, but it was very attentive. The food was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the meal here.

This is a vibrant pub with an interior that perfectly captures the pirate theme. The atmosphere is friendly, and the bar staff are both skilled and efficient, even during busy hours. I highly recommend it for group outings and late evening drinks. View menu

Nice little Soho pub with a great outdoor terrace area. Toilets leave a little to be desired but the pints are great and there’s a big selection of craft ales and lagers. Good place to stop off after work for a few drinks or even as part of a pub crawl in the area.

One of my favourite pubs in Soho to visit. You may not always get a seat, but you are usually able to enjoy some good music and good beers. The rock sometimes gets quite heavy, however I like how the staff stay close to their roots rather than listening to commercial pop like some chain pubs.

This is a fantastic little pub. It can get a bit noisy, but that might just be me; the music is always great! There's a pleasant area for leaning outside as well. Prices are definitely on the rise, but I suppose that's to be expected, so we just have to accept it. On the bright side, they had Verdant's Lightbulb the last time I visited. Cheers! View menu

Avoid!! The staff were honestly awful, we came here for a quick post dinner drink on our way home to say bye to some friends. The bar lady with the transfer face tattoos and the man behind the bar were to rude to us as they wanted to close but didn’t tell us how close it was to closing time when we ordered our drinks. Really ruined our night it was such a shame how rude they were to us.

Love this pub! Mum used to come here years ago when the old Marquee Club used to be on Wardour Street, as well as the Intrepid Fox. This pub is steeped in history and a proper old haunt for rockers and musicians back in the day. Still has its character now and the bar staff are so friendly I told one of them that my Mum used to come here years ago and his response was “welcome home!” Such lovely sentiment. 10 out of 10
