"already in november I was with friends in the so praised rentschlers. at the time we had to wait for the food and the staff was unfriendly. by an open door it pulled and it was cold, however we also got on demand no other table and the door was not properly closed and went up again and again.Even though everyone deserves a second chance and to speyer it simply belongs to "below at the Rhine".Also I met with a friend again in the pensioner's drink.A mistake! After we had 20 minutes completely ignored we were not trained. Our food was acceptable but not intoxicating - more like it could be served in any summer excursion place in whole Germany. No reason to go there again so.That locally began to fill after eating, actually we wanted to drink something - but there came an operation and asked if we could not sit on another (smallerly asked) instead of having to sit on another (smaller asked) The service came again - but without calculation and wanted to know if we didn't want to order anything yet, but it wasn't as many new customers as we thought. That's what we would have been good enough for as guests again - even in the four-story.I was quietly repeating that I wanted to calculate as soon as possible but we had to wait for 15 minutes again. I would have preferred to have just gone!Whoever goes around with guests doesn't need to wonder if they don't come anymore. If someone asks me whether we go to the rentschlers, I will categorically reject this.Outside hui and inside pfui!Speyer has such a high density of good restaurants, bars and caffes that the rentschlers should not rest on its good location. I can only recommend to anyone to visit something else. who wants to be at the rhein can also sit in the beach. It can also be eaten in the flaming star with good music and nice service."

The food was great and the place is clean, I got the vegan bratwurst and pumpkin soup, they were both delicious. Overall a great experience, although I wish they had more vegan options and didn't serve animal body parts and flesh. I prefer to support fully cruelty free business.

Food was quite good and it's a nice view of the river. The chicken cordon Bleu is great and portions are generous. Two strikes.... odd ordered grilled octopus but was given herring because the waiter decided to swap them without asking first. The herring was good, but ask first. Second, our table was bombed with wasps and flies. Too many flying bugs.

situated directly on the Rhine. garden atmosphere of the elevated art with beautiful relax corners to the sea and let the day sound out. although almost every place was occupied, the service was friendly and fast. dipping was delicious and also served quite quickly. price-performance ratio good. tageskarte as a meaningful supplement to the standard program.

up to the great location you can't praise anything more big. a drink in the beautiful outdoor area is worth it all times. but eating is a good idea. from bad service (obligatory visit or in large company) leaves to be desired. the focus lies on the service forces on their own maintenance. Eat okay, but unfortunately still special. sanitary facilities for men and women unrepresentable from midday, as there are not in the meantime cloths filled, nor toilets cleaned despite the many transit traffic. therefore the restaurant is not recommended.

at rentschlers I was the first time today. that is local in speyer is known and with good weather “brummt der Bär” here. the weather was not good and the bear was quiet, yet almost all tables were reserved – so the selection was modest at 17.00. the service was fast and competent. eating - rumpsteak - was excellent from the flesh. the supplemental salad is excellent. from that I cannot fully understand the many negative critics – but it wasn't too much. from my visit, I stage the rentschler as an enrichment for speyer. modern ambiente – beautiful beer garden with views of the Rhine.

we were invited to a big birthday party in the rentschlers last night with friends and were there for the first time. the location is simply great both in the interior and in the exterior! the service has worked well at our company and was very nice. the food was in buffet form, beautifully dressed and delicious. also the wine selection or the quality of the wee did not offer any reason to criticize. we cannot judge whether the price/performance ratio is suitable, but in principle this is already higher price locally. You can also go to profitable clubs without eating something, but simply drink something in the great ambiente on the Rhine. we will go back...

my wife and I were at the 2nd time with rentschlers today. the 1st time in the opening period. were then disappointed by late service, burned gulasch bourgingnon, the very loud noise level. this was a "children's disease ".Today the food ordered (daily card). next suppe pifferling foam, came very fast, too thin unworn dose? the suppe hardly started, came rentschlers salat with brushed strips, as well as the duck crispy roast with pak choi vegetables in curry sauce and rice. The salat in the dressing partly mushy, tasted slightly muffy. no fresh chilled crunchy mouth. rather lukewarm and lasch. The escape on the skin laprig, not cherry, on the bottom in the meat content very dark and greasy, th...

"Mr The Anh Nguyen, the owner and also the chef of Le Cyclo, interprets a few traditional Vietnamese dishes using seasonal ingredients, fresh herbs, spices and aromatics. All his creations are served with French elegance. We were a big group of 18 people, so we made reservations in advance and requested several traditional Vietnamese dishes not featured on the standard menu. When people think of Vietnamese cuisine, what comes to mind is “Goi Cuôn” - fresh summer rolls that are ubiquitous in Vietnam. So it makes sense that our dinner starts off with them. Another popular appetizer is “Bò lá lôt” - lightly spiced minced beef rolls wrapped with wild betel leaves and grilled to perfection. “Banh khot” are quintessential appetizers - mini pancakes made with rice flour, minced shrimps and spring onions, golden, crispy and savory. “Chao Tôm” is a traditional appetizer where seasoned shrimp paste is moulded around a sugarcane skewer. Our main dishes are typical home-cooked dishes shared family-style, served with white jasmine rice. We had tasty “Bap Cai Cuôn thit ga-tom Hap Nước Mắm Gung”, which was basically steamed chicken-and-prawn roulade in a fresh ginger-Nước Mắm sauce; “Cá Kho Tô” - considered as comfort food by many Vietnamese, the fish develops a sweet-savory gooeyness from the sugar and fish sauce over the course of a long braise; simple but tasty chicken omelette; and “Rau Muong” stir-fried with garlic - a staple green veggie in Vietnam (if Vietnam declared a national vegetable, it’d probably be this).Due to its colorful history marked with several occupations, colonization period and foreign influence, Vietnam is a real melting pot of various culinary traditions. From a complicated Chinese to a delicate Japanese, a bit over-spiced Thai, highly distinctive Cambodian, beautiful Indian and super gastronomic French - we are happy to report our tastebuds went on a delicious culinary adventure to Le Cyclo!"
