Giotto Pizza E Pasta

I wanted somewhere quick and cozy to eat and this was a great solution. Really tasty pasta and they serve some nice bread and olives before the food.

We walked to another restaurant only to discovery it had closed so went back to this little pizzeria. Reviews said pizzas were good so we decided to give it a try. It was not at all bad. We were staying nearby and this was convenient on a very pleasant evening so we sat outside. The street is busy traffic but we knew that. The Antipasti Misto is very generous and contains a wide variety of meat, cheese and vegetables all very...tasty. Main courses include pizza, pasta and meat dishes. Our group had seafood pasta and this was particularly good. Good wine list too

Stopped at Giotto after a full days sight seeing around the beautiful city of Berlin. The service was very good, as was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The house wine was tasty, however the food overall was pretty bland in my opinion, it had been...made with love and passion which was clear to see by the excellent presentation, so this is no slur on the chef, but was just lacking that taste sensation you expect from good Italian cuisine

We went for a pizza supper to this venue. We were shown to a table by a very bored member of staff who i think may have been the owner. We were then ignored for about minutes. There were not many people in the...restaurant. I noticed a couple who arrived about the same time us left after about ten minutes, no one had spoken to them. We ordered two Pizza Pirandello. They arrived after a while from the still very bored member of staff. The base was inedible , we both only ate about of the pizza. One place i will not return to. To date this is only the second restaurant I have given a terrible review for View menu

We tried this restaurant because it was close to our hotel in Berlin. We ended up having dinner there two nights because the food, service, and atmosphere was great. My partner and I had pizza and salad one night. The pizza was delicious and cheesy...with a nice thin crust. The second night we both enjoyed pasta. I had the linguini with prawns and he had the spaghetti with marinara sauce. Both were enjoyed. The portions were a great size. The price was quite reasonable. I had wine both nights. Our server was delightful and despite our inablity to speak German he was flueint in German, Italian and English. I would highly recommend this place for a great dinnerlunch

I had been in this restaurant in before Nina Hagen's concert at Brecht's theater, and now I renewed the memories on my last day of Berlin trip. On sunny Sunday I wanted something frugal, so I took recommended potato soup from daily menu and...their signature dish Gnocchi alla piemontese sage butter gnocchi. Plus a glass of red wine. I got also fresh Italian bread and little bowls, one full of olives the other full of parmigiano. Around PM I found myself all alone in the restaurant, I never noticed when other guests left.
