"Located directly on the German-French border between Saarbrücken Gersweiler (Germany) and Schöneck (France), you will find the restaurant Valuta. There has been a gastronomy in the premises since 1899. Since 1979 the restaurant has been operated as a second-generation family business by Thomas Schütz. Valuta has established itself as one of the best restaurants in Saarland. This was also the reason to finally take the opportunity to visit Valuta. The ambience: Valuta makes a welcoming impression. Only and alone, the parking situation has some optimization potential. After entering the premises you feel right well. Pleasant warm shades and a simple but also stylish decor, invite you to stay. The friendly welcome by the service staff and the direct allocation of the reserved table proves that the guest is not only regarded as a paying recipient. The food: The menu is rather small and simple, but also shows a little exclusivity in the selection of ingredients. In addition to the dishes listed on the menu, there are still a few day recommendations that come from the selected sources of reference of the operator. Today, the Valuta still had a small number of Koteletts from the countryside pig from the region or even well-hanged entre Côte from the Argentinian Black Angus Rind. I chose the Black Angus. That was a very good decision. I got a perfectly medium rare prepared entre Côte on a whisky pepper sauce. Here a top Islay whisky was used that perfectly supported with its smokeiness, the grill roast flavors of the meat. Service: The service was more than appropriate for the category of restaurant. "Im Bingöl Grill gibt es sehr leckere traditionellen türkische Gerichte. Der Geschmack war sehr fein und die Portionen mehr als nur ausreichend. Vorallem was schön ist, es ist mal keine Döner-Bude sondern ein richtiges Restaurant mit sehr nettem Service."

"My husband and I were on Saturday 15th. April 2023, in which Pizzeria Per Te returned to Ludweiler for dinner. We have often ordered and delivered it, but in the restaurant itself we were the first time. Before, I read through the recessions and I don't understand many of them today. The restaurant is large, neatly furnished and has brightly clean sanitary facilities. In any case, we felt very comfortable there. We were very kindly received and accompanied to our table. No trace of hecticism or unfriendliness, on the contrary competent service that was reliable. The food was taken to the table very quickly. The portions are huge and the prices are favorable. In the second place we stayed with two main dishes, 3 drinks (1 large drink, 2 normal large drinks) and 2 desserts still far below 50 euros. You can't complain. Could I forgive 10 stars, I would. We certainly hadn't been there the last time, and we've already made friends with it. The Pizza Per Te restaurant in Ludweiler is in my opinion absolutely recommended. Top quality food, freshly prepared. Heavenly! For me the best Italian in the area. The delivery service we have had more often has always been within max. 30 minutes. The drivers were always friendly and never hectic or even unfriendly. I can tell absolutely nothing negative! For me, the evening at Pizza Per Te was a positive experience that I enjoyed to the full with my husband. The pizza I ate was richly covered and had a nice thin, chewed floor. Just like I like it. Up! The salad of my husband was crisp and fresh with a delicious dressing. His main dish was lovingly executed."
