Lovely place. staff is lovely especially short haired waitress such a lovely girl provided excellent service. Definitely coming back!

Good size pizzas, very filling and decent value for money. Service was very friendly. This is a good shout if you need a casual meal/drink in Queen's Park.

I randomly found this pub in Queen's Park and was pleasantly surprised. They have a nice variety of beers, wines, and spirits, and the staff were friendly and attentive. View menu

Had a wonderful Sunday meal with a friend and our two kids We were welcomed by Blue who served us so well gave us recommendations knew the menu and was quick and efficient She was full of life and it helped us have a better experience Food was great and delicious fresh pizza live locally and will come again soon thank you

We arrived on time for our booking, we waited 10 minutes before we then approached the bar to finally be seated. We then waited another 15 minutes before we asked a waiter (dark hair and beard) rudely spoke to us and told us to wait a minute before asking “if we even had a booking” :S he then left and went back to doing his job and pouring other drinks.. so we left and won’t ever return to it. Worst customer experience ever. I’d recommend checking out Alice House instead. just a few blocks down on the opposite side. We were sat down right away with lovely staff and had our drinks with us within 5 minutes

We were excited to try their renowned pizza, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone and noticed a strange odor in the pub. Eventually, we made our way to the dining area. After a few minutes, a young lady brought us some tap water and menus, appearing slightly agitated and not saying anything. We ordered the pizzas, which were surprisingly expensive, and waited for at least 15 minutes without any further service. The pub and dining area were deserted, with the two waiters chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Feeling neglected, we ultimately decided to leave. What a disappointment. View menu

I’ve had the worst experience today when ‘the manager’ shouted at me lol, the worst staff. It was very distressing as I suffer from extreme anxiety and while I was waiting for my friend I told him I will have a quick drink outside for 10 minutes and then I’ll go somewhere else, he basically told me it’s impossible to sit outside. Of course it was, because I was alone and the table was for more people so he was shouting at me. He also couldn’t speak English properly so I had to ask him multiple times to repeat his words and of course he started shouting. I have been a patron of this establishment since it was an old Irish pub with unique window panes and sticky carpets. However, tonight, I experienced extreme rudeness and appalling customer service. I initially ordered a pizza through Deliveroo for £18, which is not cheap. The app stated that it would take 60-90 minutes to arrive, so I attempted to cancel the order. Unfortunately, it had already been accepted by the pub and my attempts to contact them went unanswered. I decided to go to the restaurant in person to address the issue. I went today at 12:50 to have my brunch and i told the waiter i was waiting for a friend and in the meantime i was going to have a coffee. When my friend arrived we were going to order at 1:10 and the waitress said we could not have brunch because the food was all sold out despite all tables around having it or being served we could only have pizza!! I said nobody told me this and if i knew i would not have order the coffee or wait for my friend in there.
