"The food was amazing, couldn't get better quality anywhere else. The service was great, fast and professional. I didn't like to pay a 20% service charge, which meant I would not be leaving a tip. I should be able to pay extra for a service at the end of our meals, this meant that will be paid extra for doing what they already gey paid for. Other than that, we had a great time and a remembered time in a different restaurant."

Understaffed. 1 hour to served the drinks to all the people on the table. The food was soo simple and tasteless.

Nice Ramen restaurant, but somewhat overcrowded. But it doesn't matter since the food is really good and delicious, the service ist fast .

We never were asked how was our meal, not second drinks and had to wait 20/30 min for waiters to come clear table and give us desert menus…..

First time here. The food was good but we had to wait a while to order a drink and the service wasn't the friendliest. Would have been good if staff had taken an interest in whether we were enjoying our meal.

Nice quick lunch here, me and my friend had a the same bowl of seafood ramen, the soup wasn’t hot enough was kind of warm, I prefer hot soup, the flavouring and ramen was tasty, the mock tail was nice we had the matcha mock tail. I will definitely come back for a quick lunch again.

only a vegan option and it was really nice, I wish there was more to choose. the waiter was really nice, made sure to check them on allergens and showed us the allergen list (my friend had allergies). the place was really busy later, to the luck we booked a table. the tables were a bit too close together, but otherwise really nice experience

An excellent restaurant. We had a great table for 2 in the main restaurant, off to one side by the fire door. The waiting staff were super friendly and helpful. We both ordered the Ramen and shared a side of spicy octopus balls all of which was beautifully presented and very tasty. Very fair pricing considering the Central London location. We'll definitely go back, and based on our experience would thoroughly recommend.
