"Please be aware that Sibuya is a chain restaurant. I've gone to another Sibuya in a different city and we asked and they told us that ALL NOODLES HAVE EGG. I assume that this applies to all of the Sibuyas. On the other hand, they have avocado sushi (nice but expensive) and mini phan bao (also nice, but very small and expensive). There are better options for vegan asiatic options in Gijón, check Hong Kong restaurant, near the bus station. Cheers!"

Estábamos comiendo el menú del día y todo perfecto la atención del personal muy bien y la excelente comida !! también fuimos con el terremoto de nuestra hija y sin problemas!! ¡Entonces regresaremos!

They offer some spare vegan sushi, but it's quite simple. The best trick is to ask for a vegetarian combo, which is prepared by chef suggestion, asking for a vegan option (without cheese). Mine was delicious. They offer also clearly labelled vegan baos.
