Sisaket - Menu

love the food- very authentic. they have special dill for lunch and the service is great. not far from the big mall and the H-bus

The whole table of 7 people will recomand this restaurant. Great thai food ????????????, good service and Great atmosphere. We ordered 7 different disches and all was great.

I enjoyed the food at Sisaket with a friend. Tasty sushi, summer rolls and chicken curry. The service was ok but not great and so is location next to a busy road. Restaurant does not take credit cards so bring cash when visiting. View menu

First, sit outside in the quite area in back of the restaurant. Shrimp cakes were a delicious app followed by the first salad on the menu, a Thai bean salad and number 134, a chicken and coconut milk delight. A nice Riesling was a perfect compliment. Try it.

This restaurant is a bit aside from main road and Hackeschen Markt. Very nice and calm inside. The service staff speaks English and is very polite. The food is very tasty and they offer good variety of dishes. All dishes have huge portions funny decorated with swans made from carrots.

One review says this isn't authentic. I've never been to Thailand so I really don't care. The food is delicious and for me that is all that counts. I eat Thai food quite often and the quality in Sisaket is up there with the best of them. It's nicely presented and the staff are friendly without being intrusive. The prices are very reasonable too. It seems a good choice if you want Thai food in Berlin, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for that. View menu

I went there with a friend for lunch. It's a nice place and looking at what other people were ordering, it did appear that the cooks made effort to make the dishes look visually very appealing by garnishing with carrot flowers and radish swans...I wish I could order any of those things but from the menu it appeared that none of the main dishes was both vegetarian and gluten-free. So we settled on Tom Kha soups. It took long but it was quite good and filling, even though surprisingly the portion was not very big. They offer a ginger tea for free at the beginning of the meal, which is good as well.

Cross the main Karl Leibknecht road away from Alexanderplatz alongside the railway bridge into Dirckenstrasse. The Thai is on the right hand side just before the road ends at a square full of restaurants. It's quiet and comfortable with good decor.Green curry chicken wasn't on the menu but there was no question about whether they could or couldn't, just happily wrote it down and went away and made it along with other ingredients I asked for. Both our meals were top quality.Service too was faultless and it does make for a great evening when the waitresses are engaging and always with a smile. It's well worth getting away from Alexanderplatz to eat here.

I visit Berlin 1-2 times per year for a few days. The one thing that repeats itself every time is my visit to Sisaket. I even sometimes do lunch there one day and dinner the next. Menu is huge, everything "made to order" (and allergy specific needs/special requests are therefore possible). Food is simple, taste is complex and staff is attentive and very friendly. this place is perfect for simple dinner and I guess it could be very good to visit with large group and order many different things to share (haven't tried that though).The only negative I can come up with is that old location (near Checkpoint Charlie) had more cosy ambience than new rooms near Hackescher Markt. the new room has les...
