"Conveniently situated close to my hotel near Caen railway station. Clustered amongst half a dozen or so restaurants to there is competition for the diner's business. My choice menu T2 the large sashimi platter came with a cabbage salad starter miso soup. Standard Japanese food but good value. Should repair the strange hole in the ceiling sometime. The staff were young kind of disorganised. Tried to take my order twice. Rather a lot of staff for such a small establishment. Seeing one of the serving staff rubbing her nose is rather off putting. Overall rating noting special but the food is OK."

It's not our first meal here. the choice is large, takoyaki, ramen, noodle, sushi, sashimi, maki, brochette. He's a real jerk. The team is adorable and thoughtful. Thank you for your work

No baby chair, no changing table. correct reception fairly neutral. correct maki. white rice seemed to me to be Thai rice, in any case not the variety of rice usually used for a Japanese restaurant.

correct quality product (there is better on caen but also more expensive. The service is usually fairly fast and the waitress is rather kind. the restaurant is rather spaced and pleasant but deserves a small refreshment (the leather of the chairs is torn, the tables are abbreviated, idem for the dishes.

We had been planning to go to a sushi bar for ages so took this opportunity. The menu was very easy to understand and the pricing clear which was one of our worries. The waitress was very helpful and they were observing strict covid protocols. We will definitely be going back. Expect to pay between 15 and 30 euros each depending on your choice.
