The best fish and chips I've ever had. First time I've been as I live in Kent. My father in-law uses regularly. Service was great. Such friendly and approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble and was great with my 8 year old daughter. Would HIGHLY recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had an absolutely delicious meal here. The baked brie for starter, the smoked haddock chowder for mains and a chocolate delice for dessert. The caramel espresso martini was also delightful if you are into your cocktails. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I loved the decor. Will definitely come back. This was the best meal we've had on our holiday yet. We arrived at 6:30 on a Monday night and were fortunate to find a table available. Next time, we will make a reservation to ensure we can dine there. We received four fantastic meals, served by lovely staff. Everything was perfect and we couldn't find fault with anything. The service, meal type, and atmosphere were all top-notch, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5. The price per person was between £20-30.

We booked a table to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary, whilst staying nearby on holiday and sharing the surname Taylor! One of us quietly contacted the restaurant in advance to let them know of the special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to help arrange a surprise at the table and presented them with a special happy anniversary dessert plate which was a lovely touch. Great table, delicious food and drinks and staff were all very friendly and provided perfect service. Thank you for a special evening. Parking: Free after 6, literally right next door!

My husband and I came to your restaurant on Saturday 3rd September 2023, for our wedding anniversary. I chose the chowder and when it arrived, I could barely eat it as it was so, so salty. I told the waitress who told the chef and the chef said it was the fish. Do think the chef tasted the dish!!!.Hake isn’t that salty, I drank copious amounts of water. It was disgusting as I wasn’t offered anything else. The lemon meringue we had for dessert was as all meringue and less than a quarter of inch of lemon which had no taste. Very disappointed as we were told by friends how good it was. It spoilt our evening as it was supposed to be a special one. View menu
