Went to book my birthday dinner and was told, “you can come at 6 but you have to promise to be out by 745.” I had to beg to be booked in despite the fact their phone was down and I had to go down there and book in person. What kind of customer service is that?? When I asked to place a dessert order, she frowned like it was the biggest imposition of the night. Never going back. I have spent so much money there and never again."

There was a mix-up with our take-away; they forgot to include one item and I did not check the contents of the bag before arriving home mins drive away). The response to my subsequent phone call was nothing less than outstanding. Envelope with cash to the value of the missing item through the letter box within a couple of hours of the call.
