We attended yesterday evening (02/04/2022) and were served by Jason. We had an incredible evening, food was delicious and large portions (we had the sharing platters and some starters) but without a doubt what made our experience was our waiter Jason, just the right level of attentiveness while giving us plenty of time to enjoy our evening. We went for food and were not disappointed. The cheese burger was succulent, chicken wrap properly stuffed with meat and chicken in a basket moist with a crispy coating. The fries crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Everything was well presented. Didn't have a cocktail but the ones we saw looked interesting. The restaurant is a beautiful place with excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised by how child-friendly the waitress was—she even brought crayons for our daughter. The food was amazing, with flavors that were just right, and the steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. I would definitely come back, and I hope all locations are as great as this one, especially since I’m from London and nearby the Medienstadt.

What a fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. The cocktails were amazing! I brought my partner here for some tasty bites, and we enjoyed every moment. Our waitress, Claire, was exceptional; she took great care of us, was super helpful, and always made sure everything was just right. She frequently checked in to see if we needed more drinks. We had a fantastic afternoon celebrating a birthday dinner along with some drinks. The food was delicious, and the drinks were presented in a unique way. I want to give special recognition to the real star of the show: Jason. He made our experience feel extra special. Although he's quite young, he is very experienced in customer service. He knows just how to take care of customers and brings a big smile to their faces.
