A traditional pub with a twist, you can get a fabulous Indian dinner in the attached restaurant!. Great food, good prices, and lots of outdoor space for when the warmer weather comes. This is the best Indian takeaway I've had in a long time. The food had great taste and portion sizes were generous. The delivery was quick and there wasn't excessive oil on top. Had indian dinner there. Food wasnt nice, so wouldn't be back there. Meat was really dry. Waitress didn't know anything about drinks menu. Was also a bit strange as the bill was brough to us without even asking. No desert were offered. Wanted to order coffee/tea at first been told yes we can have it but later been told sorry no coffee/tea.

The food was served cold and we had to request salt and pepper three times as there was none on the table. A family member had visited a few weeks earlier and highly recommended it, so they may have just been having a bad day when we went. The price per person was £60-70. The food and service both received a 3 out of 5 rating, while the atmosphere was rated 4 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Sunday Carvery.

This is one of the best carveries I have ever experienced. The meat was exceptional and the atmosphere in this friendly local pub was great. The dining room was large and clean. I would definitely recommend this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find wheelchair access as well. The price per person is reasonable at £10-20. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Sunday Carvery here. View menu
