Totally recommend the Cottage pie and the superb Bacon and Onion Rolly Polly . The refurbished Spitfire restaurant a delight also. Clean toilets and through out . Large car park and manicured garden to the rear. Cannot praise it all enough , you must go . Be sure to book as it is very popular . Do your homework first as it is on busy road and easy to pass. Wow what a fantastic Christmas meal I enjoyed with my friends last night, prawn cocktail was delicious with lovely big prawns and roast turkey was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing from start to finish, you can’t go wrong with a meal here.

We stayed overnight at a Britstop with our border collie and were welcomed by the friendly staff. Our dog, Monty, was allowed in the bar while we enjoyed a delicious and affordable meal. We had a peaceful night after a lovely walk on the beach. We can't wait to come back again. View menu

absolutely amazing eating! it can not be a bit, beautiful, friendly, and a quick service and the quality and portion of the food are from this world. I can not recommend this place enough for everyone in the opposite, we will most likely be made a massive good next year to the chef and the rest of the staff in the stier inn

Such a friendly place you are made sooo welcome. Six of us dined there and we all enjoyed our food. The homemade pie was amazing along with a hunters chicken and the prawn coctail was tasty too. A quiz was on that evening which made...our evening , as it was fun as well. Thankyou to all staff for the service with a smile and the great food .

Yesterday, I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The food was delicious, all homemade, and I particularly enjoyed the lasagna. I have already made a reservation to come back with more friends in a few weeks. I am writing this review after our second visit to the restaurant. Just like our first visit, everything was perfect! We loved it so much that we booked a table for the following week before leaving. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The beer garden is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a drink. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it!

What can I say, the warmest of welcomes from Pete Pauline as we ended up being visitors longer than originally planned due to storm Eunice. Jason produced great food for us both nights Kelly Dan served our drinks table needs. Thank...you folks next time we are passing through with our camper van we will ring ahead again -thoroughly recommend. (The costal walk was ummm invigorating into the wind to Bexhill uplifting (actually airborne) on the way back.
