"My wife and I stumbled upon this quaint coffee shop. As indicated by its longevity, it has been in business for a few years. The interior is cozy, albeit on the smaller side, but it still manages to feel comfortable. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. The staff are friendly and greeted us warmly as soon as we entered. We quickly found a table that had just been vacated by another couple, allowing us to enjoy the view out the window. A staff member promptly approached us to clean the table and engage in friendly conversation. The table was impeccably clean, aside from the used plates. The entire establishment was well-maintained and had a clean, fresh appearance. We ordered two sandwiches, which were both delicious. They were served with a side of fresh salad and coleslaw that complemented the sandwiches perfectly. The only downside was the location of the cash register, placed temptingly close to the cakes. It was impossible to pay without feeling compelled to grab a few cakes to go. Despite this temptation, we are eagerly looking forward to returning to this coffee shop in the future – with the resolve to resist the cakes next time."

On Marches day, my family and I went to the restaurant with our four kids and three buggies. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, tending to our every need. View menu

I enjoyed a delicious BLT sandwich freshly made, and my partner had a panini. We also had a beautiful latte and finished off with a slice of cake. The staff was friendly as well.

Never pass this by when in Linlythgoe in again today can not fault any thing. Great service, nice and clean. Stovies today, were to die for, people say it's simple dish, trust me getting them this good is a big pat on the back for the cook. See you all again soon.

The restaurant offers delicious food and has an exceptional staff. They have options for both hearty and lighter breakfasts. I tried the Haggis for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. The service is also quick and efficient. View menu

I was here a few times and I always enjoyed my lunch and my coffee. if they are looking for good quality eating too affordable trips, then they should definitely come here. the personal is always beautiful and polite. I asked for left-sauage, but they had none and the dame that took our order could not apologize enough to not have what I wanted. I'm 100% back.

I’m not really sure what they put in their tuna paninis. Some sort of magic I think. We visited about a year ago, and had a tuna and cheese panini and it might have been the rain on these day or that I was hungry but I do believe it’s the best tuna sandwich I’d ever had. as soon as I realised we were going to Linlithgow again today it’s all I could think about. Yes, there is beautiful scenery and things in Linlithgow etc but I wasn’t leaving without one. We weren’t disappointed, well we were a tiny bit because the lady next to us had what looked like the best macoroni I had ever seen. I don’t regret my decision though, as I was very happy with my panini though and next time will get the maco...

"Where to start? Don’t waste your money. The rooms are in a desperate need of a facelift. Walls were a shade of prison gray and no art work or wall decor of any kind. The shower is smaller than a phone booth. If you fell you’d never hit the floor you’d just be wedged in for all eternity. There was no safety latch from the inside of the door. There was also no do not disturb sign to hang out. You guessed it—maid service entered both mornings without knocking. We put the suitcase in front of the door the second night or she would have gotten an eye full. It seems a serious safety violation this day and time not to have a way to secure your room. There is no staff on duty at night. We were told our room key would open the main door if we came back after hours. Now the noise. Omg is this place noisy! There is a bar attached and we got a great deal of noise from that the first night. Also noise from other rooms travels very quickly. But none of that compared to the second night. Bar was much louder. Then a very rowdy party took place in the Beer Garden complete with DJ and speakers. The room vibrated. We vibrated. This went on until after 11:00. I have never had such a miserable hotel experience my life. What we wanted was a quiet night before flying home. What we got was a frat party. Never again. There is absolutely no way families with children should stay here. Safety: No inside safety bolt for the door."
