"We were greeted with happiness and promptly seated at the restaurant. The woman, who I believe was the manager, took our drink order right away. A slower but friendly waitress then came to take our appetizer order, which was delicious. The tiny sausages were perfect! We were starving and tried to catch the attention of someone to order more drinks. The manager came over quickly to assist while we waited for our food. She was the reason our experience at the restaurant was so enjoyable. The burgers were fantastic, albeit a bit pricey for airport food. However, after a long flight and delays, it was well worth it for me."

The breakfast was pretty good here. Simple and filling. My son wasn't up to breakfast so we waited until 11am for lunch to be served. The fish and chips were disappointing though. Waitresses were nice and helpful.

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because they have a unique beer-Latte drink and delicious egg benedict. However, what really stood out was the excellent service provided by the friendly and competent server.

We had fish and chips and the rotasserie chicken... All in all good food, great value and timely service. Kimberly had a warm genuine smile from the time she welcomed us and led us to our table till the time she got us our bill and said goodbye. A lovely young lady!

My husband and I had the all-day breakfast yesterday before our flight. We started feeling a bit sick on the plane, and about 9 hours after eating, we both have been throwing up constantly. It was the only thing we had eaten. I would recommend making sure everything is cooked above 75°C.

An oasis of comfort, offering all day breakfast with a fabulous menu that resembles a pub. The seating is comfortable and the establishment is clean, with a great selection of real ale, coffee, and tea. The 5-star TV adds to the ambiance, while the open and private rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere.

This restaurant is lovely and offers a few vegan and vegetarian dishes. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I ordered the veggie full breakfast but substituted the eggs for toast. The sausages may not have been vegan, but I took a chance and think they were veggie. The meal was served quickly, cost £9.95, and was very enjoyable.

Clearly this place can get pretty busy and you're not going to get exceptionally attentive personal service in those circumstances. Nevertheless our drinks came fairly promptly and the food was very fast well within their 15 minutes commitment. As for prices, what do you expect. In fact we paid exactly the same for a pint in a pub yesterday, so not really that outrageous. Nice food and decent veggie options.

"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."
