it’s was excellent service and all the staff were lovely. Service was very quick and the food is to die for, we sat outside and it was lovely and warm. It was overall amazing and would definitely go back.

Used to be a good cafe but food wad cold on arrival at table. This could have been easily rectified but th manager/ owner? said what do you expect if you eat outside? Very rude, will not be returning, neither will my friends

This place is a total hidden gem! Best home made chips around, quirky and welcoming atmosphere and the staff can’t do enough for you. Stunning hidden garden to the rear and a good wine list. Private parties are available out of hours which are beautifully done and fell warm and intimate. Would highly recommend. View menu

What a great find... lovely welcome, very friendly and quick service. Great breakfast choices... gluten free no problem...loads of variety, well presented and served with a smile. Nice place to sit with plenty of space between tables...not packed in like some other cafes. Good value... and it also is fully licensed. Fantastic family business.

Amazing food as always, I had the Salmon Summer Salad and it was beautiful. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service, food is marvellous. We enjoyed the Garden in the sunshine too. Breakfast is cooked to order and to your liking, if you want crispy bacon then that is just what you get. The coffee is lovely too. Try it for Sunday Lunch you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful buffet by Carole for my mum’s wake. Carole was so accommodating and let us order exactly what we wanted. We really didn’t have to worry about a thing and everything was set up beautifully when we arrived at our venue. The food was varied and very fresh. I took my boss and 2 work colleagues for lunch here, and I was very glad I did. What a lovely, welcoming place! The food was good, freshly made, and a bargain. What made it a great experience was the warm service from the lady and young man. We stayed a while chatting but were never made to feel we had outstayed our welcome. It is a great place for good honest food, and I would be very happy to go back.

A gorgeous three course roast dinner for Mothers Day. We have been so disappointed over the last few months with pubs we used to visit. Lack of staff and poor food but here at This family run restaurant you get really good quality hone cooked food. Our meal consisted of pate and toast and a gorgeous roast lamb dinner. Spoilt for choice with puddings. We went for Sherry trifle and lemon meringue. Thank you so much. Fabulous. Lovely people

Went for an afternoon tea, food was ready for when we got there, everything tasted freshly prepared and we were served immediately with tea. Price wise for what we got and service provided was absolutely perfect only £12 per head. The food included a selection of sandwiches, scones (with cream and jam) sausage rolls, pies and then few different options of cakes and of course UNLIMITED tea or coffee. Set up wise the table was ready, very neat, tidy and clean for when we arrived and all utensils an plates we needed were already on the table so no waiting required. Would definitely recommend the afternoon package and also have been for standard menu before so would recommend that too. View menu
