"we went to the house without booking, but we were easily accommodated. emily, our waitress was great with our 6-year-old son. she recommended the best option for him as he can be restless. she recommended great appetizers and main thing for us and was very patient when we looked through the weeping list. in any case would recommend. eating was amazing. fresh and full. great portions."

I recently tried the Butter Chicken Curry at House Bar and Restaurant, and it was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying their new menu. Christina and Bonnie provided excellent service as well.

Have to say what a brilliant evening with friends. Dropped in, adhoc, turned out to be a great evening, with friends. Have to say that the food was delicious, especially the Prawn Risotto (possibly the best I've ever tasted). Thank you for a great evening.

Absolutely amazing place. Food was superb and the waitress Emily was brilliant. She welcomed us from stepping foot through the door and made sure we had everything we wanted and there were 12 of us! Nothing was too much trouble and a fantastic evening was had by us all.

would give me this place 6/5 if I could. beautiful personal, absolutely gliding sunfall. lager was crisp and served in a beautiful tankard, eating was next level. I had the slow boiled beef crucible roast, my wife had that huh. 100% would come back, you would have a harder time to keep me away. nb looks like there's live music here too. above.

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
