"We ordered a delivery from Fork and Mustard today for myself and work colleagues. We made the order through Just Eat at 11:58am and were advised delivery would be 1pm. We were then notified that there was a delay in our order and that they would contact us when it had left for delivery, (we are located about 1 miles from shop). Myself and my colleagues finally received our order at 14:10pm. Just over 2 hours to prepare some toasties and soup and have these delivered is shocking. Food was warm when it arrived and average but would not order a delivery from here again due to time aspects. (before anyone comments about collecting, we work in the local hospital and we were unable to collect, that 's why we ordered for delivery)."

Liked coming here for coffee and cake. Maybe just a bad day for the staff who weren’t particularly friendly. No vegan cakes or biscuits.

Our kids faces always light up when they hear that we are going to visit. Almost everything on the menu can be made vegan and there is always some cakes that the kids can have.

We had homemade fake chicken burgers and they were really good, as well as one of the many vegan cakes and biscuits available. Would definitely come back when we are in the area again.

I ordered an afternoon tea from the Fork and Mustard for a birthday and was not disappointed. Delicious cakes and sandwiches with lots of options to choose from. It amazed many Omni family members who could not believe they were vegan!

As you will note from previous reviews I am usually generous with my scores however the tipsy cake was very stale and the toilet was filthy. I didn’t use it when I saw the state it was in. It wasn’t a nice experience at all. I used to visit this cafe more regularly snd it has went downhill View menu

Our first stop after taking off from Edinburgh Airport, we were greeted warmly and the menu seemed delicious. My husband's first Scottish Breakfast and one of the better ones, even if my own Philly Cheesesteak was a bit on the dry side regardless it was a good place for a pit stop and I would go there again if I returned to Falkirk.

Was in Falkirk early one Saturday morning and was in need of some breakfast, so decided to see what was near by and Fork Mustard took my facy. Nice littel cafe nestled in a quiet corner of Falkrik Town Centre, you got a really good welcome the moment you step through the door. Ordered a coffee and the breakfast wrap to go, and both were freshly prepared in no time. Breakfast wrap is probably the best I have had anywhere!!!!!! If in the area again I will be sure to return

"Horrendous attitude from one of the owners/family helpers called Lee. I would like to highlight that Sonia provided a professional customer service experience in comparison to Lee. Placed the order at arrived at When I called at to find out...what was happening, Sonia offered to phone the driver to find out the situation for me, which was good. Whilst waiting on Sonia phoning me back, I received a call from Lee asking me to tell her what the problem was, I explained her colleague was dealing with it she then went on to explain how busy they are, which is understandable and I understand the challenges businesses have at the moment, owning my own. But there was no apology. In fact Lee (who at this point I did not know was the owner/family helper until Sonia told me) went on to tell me it was my fault I ordered from Just eat as they had their own orders to fill first?? Eh hello? It doesn't matter how I place my order, I chose your business to order my dinner from!. Anyway I explained to her that I didn't like her tone of voice and felt she was being really aggressive with me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order,I said we have been waiting two hours, so we may as well wait, however she was very forceful and kept saying no I will cancel, I will cancel and then decided to put the phone down on me. I couldn't believe how I had been treated as a customer! Then Sonia kindly phoned back to apologise and I asked whoever that was, should not be in a customer role and I was shocked to be spoken to in that way. She then went on to inform me Lee is the owner/family helper! Shocking. Sonia asked for my details and explained she would let the other owner know what had happened. hours later, I've not heard a peep from the restaurant. So I've made the decision to leave a review after explaining to them, this is what I would do. After waiting over and a half hours and using them for the first time, the food was below average. The pakoras and rice was nice, however the chicken korma was inedible, it was stringy and chewy, the lamb bhuna sauce was nice, the lamb was fatty and chewy. So all that wait for pakora and rice and sauce. We won't be back! Horrendous way to speak and treat customers!"
