"Not been to this place in a while, as in my opinion the previous owners had let it gain a somewhat poor reputation for the meals. New owners in place and what a transformation. Had Sunday lunch with the wife. Lovely, lovely dinner. Everything tasted as it should. Meat cooked to perfection and lots of it. Great service and presentation. Will definitely be going back. Just a shame there was a family from hell with screaming banshees in tow."

We had a lovely Saturday evening meal. The menu had a wide variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices, the food was excellent, freshly cooked and served by friendly attentive staff. We will definitely return.

Went for the 1st time in a while for food. Staff were friendly especially Jordan who is always very friendly and helpful. , Food is all freshly cooked, had scampi and chips which I couldn’t fault. Would definitely recommend, was nice to see it it busier too. Keep up the good work.

Gorgeous food. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Lucy looked after us tonight and she was very kind and professional. Had Blade of Beef as my main and Chocolate Fudge Cake for dessert. So pleased that this pub is my local... It's amazing. Never had a bad meal. Highly Recommend! Going again on Saturday!
