"Thank you so much for a wonderful Mother's Day meal. I can honestly say it was the most beautiful Mother's Day dining experience we've ever had. The staff were delightful and friendly. We anticipated some delays given how busy the day was, but to our surprise, the food arrived incredibly quickly and was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our daughters even asked for extra portions of the lasagna—it received glowing reviews from everyone!"

Booked for 2.30 seated straight away and had the best meal for years hot fresh tasty and the puddings were amazing .

The dining experience was fantastic, and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed a wonderful view from the beer garden. The only downside was a peculiar farmyard smell, but that was to be expected. View menu

Can’t fault the place, tremendous food good choice of drinks, My fiancé loved the selections of Gins they had on offer and most of all, if you go here the pie is tasty but you have to order the fish and chips!!! Great started too! Great on price! Brilliant!

Called in on Saturday night just on the off chance and had a meal. Everything was brilliant. Four different dishes and could not fault any of them. Only problem was that we were too full for pudding so remedied this by going back on Sunday for a treacle sponge. Excellent food and excellent staff, definitely worth a visit or three. View menu

Excellent mid week lunch. It was lovely and cosy lots of people in ao the team were busy, but the staff were artentive and food was delicious. This is an excellent village pub with fantastic food and attentive staff. The cozy atmosphere, enhanced by a glowing fire, makes it a perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend it! My only wish is that they would stop using plastic straws in their drinks. Both my glass of water and ginger beer came with plastic straws, which seemed unnecessary. It not only adds to the pub's costs but also contributes to a significant global issue.
