"that was lunch today, both eating, beer and service was excellent. we had the mustels and the huh and avocado salad. the muddles were plump, delicate, fresh and aromatic, they do not come much better. the salat was also very deliciously well presented and had a nice mixture of complementary aromen. I would also like to thank the woman who served us; my dad has limited mobility and she came out to help him in the pub before we even got through the doorstep. she didn't have to do that, nor did she make a big thing, very friendly and thoughtful, and made us both feel very welcome. I highly recommend this pub."

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch here yesterday. A spacious, clean venue, pleasant service, nice choice on the menu. A children's menu was available and high chair provided. Would recommend.

First the visiting Faversham visiting my best friend of 20 years who recently moved here, the food was fantastic, we had the classic burger, staff were lovely. I'll Deffo be coming back here when I return in November.

A decent Shepherd Neame pub. Food is very good as is the service, I had steak and chips with a side salad and it was cooked perfectly. Everything is to a higher standard and more professional than you get in a lot of pubs these days. Will definitely be returning.

Visited for lunch last Sunday (15th October) with my wife and daughter and couldn't fault food, friendly and attentive service or beer (Whitstable Pale Ale). Wife and daughter had Sunday roast (beef and lamb respectively) and I had the beer-battered fish and chips which were great. Sticky toffee pudding, elderflower creme brulee and bakewell tart also went down well for pudding. We'll be returning.

my family and I have just enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Sunday. the personal was friendly and attentive throughout....even find an impromptu vase for a flower bouquet (for the, many thanks again)! the food was well presented and tasty. I think I would have eaten something too much (the warm and gooey sticky toffee pudding after the steak and nierenpudding was a wee something over-ambitious) but I couldn't resist! Many thanks for a nice evening....will definitely visit again!
