"What an absolutely wonderful meal we had at The Loft on Friday night. The food was clearly fresh and cooked to perfection! Don't usually do 3 courses but the smell as we entered the restaurant, and the choice on the menu, meant it had to be all 3....we were not disappointed! My partner has eaten steak in most of the best restaurants across Scotland, and he said the Surf and Turf was perfection! Every element of all the dishes we ate, was so incredibly tasty and piping hot. How does one make a haggis starter taste that good? A few minutes drive from Pitlochry (where we were staying) but well worth the journey. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back! The food was absolutely fantastic—delicious and expertly prepared. For starters, we enjoyed the grilled goat cheese with black pudding and the crispy calamari. For our main courses, we had venison and hot smoked salmon, followed by sticky toffee pudding for dessert. While the portion of salmon felt slightly small, I can't lower my rating because everything was so well cooked and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Extremely good restaurants with a huge selection of local produce and a mix of different tastes. From see food to venison to lasagne. Everyone should find something here. The same goes for the starters (try the olives) or the dessert . There could be one or two vegetarian dishes as most of the menu is quite meat focused. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Banoffee Pie, Sticky Toffee Pudding Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend

Popped in from a nearby campsite and wow what a find! Such beautiful food, served with passion by the gentleman who served us. Quite pricey but the quality of the food was more than worth it. The salmon was huge and beautiful, as was the lamb. The creme brulee a great wow factor as well as tasty. Everything was so mouthwateringly delicious I can't recommend a visit enough. The restaurant is upmarket without being uptight which was amazing. Friendly welcome and service. Thankyou for your great recommendation for the whiskey too, it went down a treat!
