Delicious food and great service staff are very friendly would recommend. It’s a lovely area with a great friendly environment

Just asked for coffee and was told no'. Useless service. Seems pretty useless and not willing to negotiate. Poor. Buy a drink but avoid the food. View menu

Really enjoyed the set menu mexican meze mixed meat and vegetarian dishes medium hot chilli spiced. Well kept local real ales, welcoming atmosphere. This local village pub is working hard to come out of the pandemic uncertainties that has hit the sector.

I don’t usually write reviews but for the Odd Wheel I have to make an exception! The food is absolutely delicious,not to mention the warm and welcoming bar and wait staff. For a small village pub they have many food options on the menu. I...will definitely be eating here again!

Visited today as group of six adults 3 children. Can’t fault the service or food, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing! Roast beef cooked perfectly (lovely selection of fresh vegetables) and good selection of children's meals. There were 3 employees at the restaurant; one serving customers at the main bar, one playing darts in the other bar, and two on their phones in the same area. The last orders were called without any staff members noticing, leaving customers without service. Although the pub has great potential and used to be beautiful, it now falls short and is considered inadequate.

This pub is fantastic with a diverse menu. The staff was efficient and friendly, led by a very welcoming manager. The bar is dog-friendly and beautiful, but we chose to eat in the restaurant with a view of the countryside. We highly recommend trying their sourdough pizza. The locals are lucky to have this gem. We don't live nearby, but we would definitely visit again!

Regarding a previous review, I feel compelled to address it. I witnessed a situation where a guest demanded another drink after last orders had been called. The staff politely informed the individual that no more drinks could be served, which led to some frustration on his part. However, his behavior was unnecessary and childish. It is absurd to write a negative review simply because one could not get a drink after closing time. The team at the pub works hard to uphold licensing laws and provide a positive experience for all guests. Overall, I believe this negative comment should not be taken seriously.
