"We visited The Opposite in the middle of the week and decided to stop in and check out the lunch menu. It appeared to be a very inviting, traditional pub and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful, and capable staff. With many options on the menu, we chose the baguettes. The menu offered a variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts including vegan and small plate options. We highly recommend the bratwurst and bacon baguettes served with salad and chips. They also had a selection of quality beers, wines, and spirits as well as all the usual mixers and drinks. We will definitely be returning when we are in the Bussage area. The surroundings were stunning and beautiful."

Nice pint, well kept. Lovely clean pub with plenty of outdoor seating. Massive bags of crisps behind the bar

I have enjoyed many enjoyable Sunday lunches at this restaurant as part of family outings. The evening meal here today was just as delightful, and the ambiance was welcoming.

The Ram Inn is not recommended due to the rude and disrespectful treatment of customers by the owner. It is advised to visit more welcoming establishments such as the Royal Oak and The Old Fleece, which value and respect their patrons. View menu

We visited The Ram Inn on Thursday after attending a local fireworks display, and it exceeded all our expectations for a pub. They have a fantastic variety of beer and high-quality drinks, excellent service, and delicious food. The atmosphere was fantastic. We highly recommend this place—it is a true gem of a pub.

My friends and I visited the Ram Inn on a Thursday night after watching some local fireworks, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The pub offers a fantastic beer selection, high-quality service, and incredible food. The lamb shank was particularly exceptional. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic pub experience.

I had dinner here this evening with my family. It was a wonderful place with a beautiful setting. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu is diverse and has options for everyone. The food was excellent. They also had a great selection of real ales, lagers, wine, etc. I couldn't think of a better place to enjoy a meal. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. View menu

The restaurant is advertised as being open until 10pm, but when I arrived last Friday night at 8:50pm, the doors were locked and there was no explanation given as to why. The place was busy, but it was clear that they were not allowing any more customers in. I ended up going to another nearby restaurant, which informed me that the hours at this place can vary. The pub itself looks charming and is located in a tucked away village, but it is important for customers to know when they are not welcome.

We stopped by this charming pub midweek to check out the lunch menu while passing through the area. The traditional and inviting atmosphere did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering plenty of choices on the menu. We decided to go with the brie and bacon baguettes, which were delicious and served with salad and chips. The menu also included options for starters, main courses, and desserts, including vegan and small plates. There was a selection of quality cask ales, wine, spirits, mixers, and beverages to choose from as well. We will definitely be returning when we are in the Bussage area to enjoy the stunning surroundings.
