"Great atmosphere! were from out of town and we felt right at home! Food menu was a good size and the items we tried were really good and hearty and in generous portions. They had a very good selection of beer on drought. And service was very good; friendly and attentive but not in your face. Great pub overall. Well done to the team. During my stay nearby, the owner suggested I try the Red Lion restaurant. Upon entering, the staff greeted us with politeness and warmth. We ordered two different meals, both of which were exceptional in terms of portion size, preparation, and flavor. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely sunday dinner here with fabulous service. I can’t fault any of the staff, they were extremely friendly and so welcoming. Real traditional Welsh pub which is a lovely atmosphere to walk in to. While at the garden center in Carmarthen, we were in search of lunch and asked a staff member for a recommendation. They suggested The Red Lion, which was just a 15-minute drive away. We decided to go and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food in a charming village pub. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere. The ambiance was inviting and we definitely plan on returning. Well done, The Red Lion!
