"Wow, it exceeded my expectations! Despite all the COVID restrictions that impacted seating and menu options, there were plenty of tables available, both inside and outside. The main course selection was extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. I had the steak and ale pie, which was superb, and the chips were delicious as well. I already knew this was a great place, and I'm glad to see it still lives up to that reputation."

Much improved. Good Quality Food reasonably priced. Beer choice average. Large establishment could possibly become raucous in Holiday period. Large outside garden area with extensive play area for children. Dogs Welcome

the first time after it was suggested by a friend. the location is stunning. today was a nice 18 grad sunny day and we enjoyed our lunch outside. eating was very good and very nice staff. I think it's a bit pricy, but unlike that, I might come back later this summer!

I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, and when we finally did, it did not disappoint. There’s a fantastic play area for children, a large beer garden, and a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the bill was. I would definitely come back!

This is a fantastic pub featuring a lovely beer garden set in a stunning location. The food and drinks are excellent. While the Sunday menu is smaller compared to other pubs, they still offer all the classic favorites. I recommend arriving just before noon to secure a table in the beer garden, as it can get busy, and you might have to wait up to 45 minutes for your food. We’re already looking forward to dining here again soon!
