"The waiter has an ' I don 't care ' attitude ' we ordered the gammon dish, fish and chips, flatbread and lasagne, the gammon was very skimpy, which is OK if your on a diet, flat bread was OK, fish was good and the lasagne came out burnt, it was dry and crispy, we couldn 't even cut it with a steak knife, it should never have even left the kitchen, I seriously think it was an over cooked leftover, after complaining it was changed for fish and chips, on all the dishes, the chips came out lukewarm and are of a poor quality frozen chip, when it came to my bill, I was charged for something that I didn 't have and instead on a refund, the waiter made a lame excuse up about his glasses and the tablet he was using, I told him I wasn 't at all happy, I 'll never go here again and I don 't recommend this establishment."

I’m the type of person who looks at the dessert menu before deciding on a main course. The white chocolate, milk chocolate, and salted caramel cheesecake is the best dessert I’ve ever tasted!

I had a lovely meal last night at a Turkish restaurant. I requested a leafy vegetable dish instead of sharing a small portion with another dish, and thankfully, it was brought to us. The meal was excellent, and the service was great as well. The ambiance was wonderful.

The vegan curry was way too spicy, the Christmas dinner was dry, but on a positive note, the steak and ale pie and the steak were quite good. Overall, the food was quite disappointing, which is a shame since this place used to be fantastic. It seems the chef could use a replacement. On a brighter note, we did receive a discount on the fish dish after mentioning our concerns.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was hair in my food, and the burger was so burnt that it fell apart. It took 40 minutes for the bread and olives to arrive, which was quite embarrassing. I felt sorry for the service staff, as they were not to blame for the issues we encountered. It's a shame to see how this place has changed. We could overhear the kitchen staff complaining about our concerns while we were seated right by the doors. The table next to us was also expressing their dissatisfaction. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only three tables of two occupied. I used to love dining here, but after this being my second bad experience, despite being invited b...

"Visited the cafe on a Sunday 14/05/23 after recommendations from friends who had been before. What a complete mess! Staff are so unorganised. There was literally 5 tables to serve so half of the cafe. The staff appeared clueless and looked like they were running round like headless chickens. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked a young girl if we could order and she said yes. Walked off told a older lady that we was ready to order. She replied I'm busy. A further 5 minutes we finally ordered. The food then arrived around 20 minutes later. Full of grease, sausages were had black crispy bits all over them, the bacon was like cutting into a brick. I went to cut it and it literally broke like a crisp. I don't mind crispy bacon but that was absolutely burnt to a crisp! I cut into the hash brown oil poured out and the whilst we was sat with our awful breakfast. The security alarm went off for over twenty minutes and all the staff were stood there gormless not having a clue how to turn it off including the owner! So poor service, dreadful breakfast, alarm going off for nearly half an hour and the most unorganised staff I have seen. To top it all off the bill was just short of £30 which is on the more expensive side for breakfast so I would expect food to good standard. Needless to say I won't be visiting again and I won't be recommending to anyone I know. Furthermore, a friend visited the same morning and rang us the day after to say it was the worst breakfast he'd ever had! So that's two lots of unhappy customers. Seriously need to sort your standards out because you definitely should not have a good rating on here. Anyone wanting a good breakfast go elsewhere!"
