Stumbled upon an unexpected hidden gem during my recent exploration! The food here was truly fantastic, with each dish showcasing a delightful symphony of flavors that left me pleasantly surprised. That’s more like it. After an evening at The Crown in St Margaret’s this Monday it was good to get back to the Three Horseshoes. There’s a reason this pub is always full and the Crown is now struggling. The reason is that the people who used to own the Crown sold it to Youngs Brewery and Youngs have subsequently ruined it. I’m so lucky that the Horseshoes was not sold also. Service was good, we all had the beef bourguignon and it was wonderful. Thank you just stay open and don’t sell up, please.
