"our former visit, pre covid, was one of the high points of our journey, so hope that a repetition. not disappointed, as the dishes were more complex and sophisticated this time and produced intense aromes from the Asian gulfs. Remember as a...Kaiseki style experience with the necessary perfect presentation, all a kerbe through the use of strong, but especially not exclusively, Southeast Asian aromen and the juicy but never intrusive use of chili. it found it impossible to mistake any of the dishes or choose a highlight, although raue’s riff on the otherwise ubiquitous sate chicken was really new and a joy to eat, as was his reinterpretation of pork. large weeping list, useful electronically presented, offers a series about all price points. professional and friendly service without hauch of stuff. only the question at night was a little too long waiting for the last hearty curs. this, as some of the reviews testify, is a difficult restaurant for some diners to deal with. Those with the expectations of the typical Michelin style opulence will be disappointed by the rooms relatiw austerity and by the Asian influences on the menu. over stand! this is technically masterful, really delicious eating in a contemporary atmosphere and should be appreciated as such. as someone who has just made a cross-section of paris and marseille two and three star facilities, should be rated rougher than it is."
