Toby Carvery Park Place

I always enjoy eating at Toby Carvery. It is a lovely restaurant, friendly staff and if you love roast dinners this is definitely the right place.

the meal was really nice with a great selection. it's the best tony carvery I know. the two cure menu was really good. all eating was hot and well cooked

we liked the ambiente and the service in the carvery. the food was varied and delicious and dessert was worth waiting for it. when the bill arrived, we were taken back how affordable it was all a lap meal for 3 people (with cocktails), who hardly told £10 per person.

Food was nice had to wait a while for it to be delivered to the table. Serving staff (floor staff) were polite and helpful. Chef was a bit abrupt and rushed you to choose your food selection even though there was no other customers waiting for service other than my party (3)

my men had 60th birthday with family from london, kent, suffolk and it was not dissapoint. had a fantastic afternoon. the staff was very patient with us, but an eye and service was perfect and eating was nice as always. Thank you. toby parking space again for an unforgettable day View menu

For many years, this restaurant hasn't been as good as it used to be. The food was okay, better this time around, as I visited in January and it was not good. It's not very clean and definitely needs some sanitation. The restroom for disabled individuals was dirty. It's a shame because I remember having some good times at this pub/restaurant many years ago.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a 10-minute wait for our table. Once seated, we had to wait in line for 45 minutes at the carvery due to the slow service and lack of staff attending to customers. Our drinks were also incorrect. The food quality was subpar compared to other Toby's carveries. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and have no intention of returning.

This Toby was eerily quiet, the staff wanted nothing to do with us and the food was shockingly bad and all of it could be digested without the aid of teeth. I usually love a Toby carvery but this location made it whole experience terrible due to a less than enthusiastic atmosphere; staff that looked and behaved like they hated their lives and everyone in there (we think due to a staff member not doing their job and making everyone else’s harder); and food that was completely mushy.
