"I found the staff very helpful as I have a walking stick and Carnt carry my food on the table, food was excellent as always, my only concern are they seem to have more tables, so it felt cramped You have to disturb Diners to come to your table and the people were queuing at the side of tables where people eat, very off putting, some customers near us said they would not go back .xxx"

I came for Sunday lunch with my friend, we asked for a child plate because we renter and have a small appetit, we were only available a grown carvery, and when the bill came it was very expensive 2 koks and 2 carvery 28.88p I fear we will not visit again

When it was booked i requested a table next to a window which we did not get. There was a table next to a window empty but told we could not have it because it was already booked, not sure if they requested a table next to the window so why ask if we have any requests if it’s ignored.

My granddaughter and I booked a table. We received a kind greeting upon arrival. Unfortunately, the table we were given was near the main door and it was very cool. We wanted to be moved. The waitress found us very helpful and quickly another table. The food was nice and the service was fast. Will definitely go back.

We had to ask for gravy waited 4 minutes then had to ask again for mint sauce waited a while to take order then waited 10 minutes to take dessert orders to never had a problem before today Will think twice about going again didn't seem that many in but to be fare didn't see many waiters or waitresses just the waiters we had done
