"What a find, lovely quant pub. Stopped for food when passing through on way home from Barmouth and did not disappoint. Had the pie of the day which was minted lamb. Came with a choose of chips or mash and a generous side of mixed veg, which consisted of carrots cauliflower beans braised red cabbage courgettes and sprouts. Would recommend to anyone and we will be back for more."

We visited one lunch time and chose the special, minted lamb pie. It was delicious and the pastry was so light and flaky. We had it with mash and veg and the portions were big enough that hubby had to finish mine

Just wanted to say it's the best pub meal we have had for a very long time.3 of us had the today's special lamb and mint pie served with chips or mash with a selection of fresh vegetables and plenty of it all for £16 each. We all really enjoyed it will definitely be back very soon. View menu

Absolutely amazing roast dinner and really nice beer on draught. The best roast dinner all three of us have had out in a very long time with plenty of sides. We had lamb shank, and one veggie roast which was a cauliflower, brie and cranberry parcel which my friend said was delicious! Would definitely reccomend!

We visited the Torrent Walk twice, lovely atmosphere inside out. First visit the kitchen was about to close however they made the time and served us a delicious pie of the day (great filling, proper mash great selection of veg) burger for my 15yr old. Both were excellent. With a great selection of beer food we visited, once again top notch. Throughly recommended for families.
