"We had an absolutely delicious lunch today at 28 @The Hollow. The lunch menu offered so many tempting options that it was difficult to choose. I started with the beetroot and goats cheese starter, followed by the wild mushroom risotto, both of which were perfection. The flavors and textures were delightful, and the presentation was beautiful with deep layers of flavor. I especially enjoyed the little touches of pickled carrot, black garlic purée, and micro herbs. My husband had the ham hock with crispy egg, followed by the confit duck leg, both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Glen has truly elevated the cooking of duck to a new level! Our meal was accompanied by a bowl of perfectly cooked mixed vegetables and heavenly mashed potatoes. Feeling indulgent, we couldn't resist dessert. I had the lemon posset and my husband had the peanut parfait, both of which would be on my "last meal" list! Sylvia recommended a beautiful Shiraz and we are determined to make lunch at 28 a more regular treat. We feel fortunate to have such high-quality food and service in Enniskillen."

"Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: £20–30 per Person I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, earning a well-deserved 5 out of 5. Each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive, receiving a perfect score of 5 as well; the staff was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, though I would rate it a 4, as it could benefit from a bit more ambiance. Overall, a fantastic place for dinner!"

"We decided to book the Taphouse for our last night in Enniskillen and it was a good choice. It was a short journey to the restaurant from the hotel and it's very nice with a good atmosphere and lovely staff who are very welcoming and friendly. We started with a few cocktails and then we went for the starters and main courses. The food is very well presented and good quality with good sized portions. They have a good selection of drinks in the bar and the cocktail list is very popular. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the town."

"We visited Saddlers restaurant on a busy Saturday evening as a large family group, celebrating a christening. From the moment we booked it the staff could not have been more helpful in arranging the evening. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and prompt. A special mention must go to Jill, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything ran smoothly. Her interaction with customers is amazing, and her friendly personality and kind nature was apparent as soon as we met her. She is a credit to the bar and restaurant."

"Absolutely amazing lunch! I couldn't rate it higher. We popped in and were seated straight away, ordered the plain jane burger, dough balls, steak ciabatta sandwich and a chocolate milkshake and every single thing was delicious. Food was super quick to come out, piping hot and so fresh and tasty. Everything was seasoned well and it all was so complementary to each other! I honestly can't wait to come back, the steak dish especially is an absolute hidden gem!"
