"This is a hidden gem tucked away in a little village not far from the coast. It's a homely pub with real character and very welcoming. We booked ahead and glad we did as it was busy. The menu is wide and varied but not too much so and contains lots of good home cooked type food. It was delicious, decent sized portions but not enormous . The service was very friendly as were the staff. Check it out, you'll not be disappointed."

Fantastic food, very friendly staff. Big open fire very welcoming on a wet, cold and windy day. Very dog friendly too. Loved it. 100% recommend!!

Enjoyed a great celebration meal. Pies are fantastic but an extra slice of toast with the pate would have made a nicer balance. Would certainly go again

Small car park but was there early. Opening time was at 12.00 but doors not open till 12.05. Then staff wasn't even ready for customers. Once sorted the barman was polite and helpful. Didn't take long for service of food to arrive. Food was good but a little pricy. Therefore for me, is a one off and another reviewed restaurant.
