"This gem has lost its way. The food isn't as good as it use to be. The chips were soggy and oily, the fish was not well fried and a little raw. Worst of the lot was the terrible service that didn't care much of the customers waiting. Needs to be restored to one of the best Fish and Chips places in Ayrshire but work needed to get there again. Get rid of the poor customer service and replace it with good old Ayrshire friendliness."

One of the best in Ayrshire, The Frito misto is to die for, perfectly cooked, a squirt of lemon, what's not to love

Great wee chippy! Various types of fish for your supper, and various other things. Keep an eye out for their baws too!

Always a treat to visit Troon and the The Wee Hurrie for fish and chips. We got the Haddock and chips which was very nice. View menu

Not a high price and excellent quality! I recommend! And the queue shows that many people like it too! I wish you to enjoy it too!

Without a doubt, this place has the best fish and chips in Scotland. They also offer a great selection of seafood and the chips are fantastic.

Fantastic range of fish in a light crispy batter, perfectly cooked fish, good chips, large portions. Everything is cooked to order so well worth a short wait. View menu

Great food, fish chips, mushy peas, the sit and admire the scenery just around the corner stunning views to Isle of Arran over the Firth of Clyde ... beware of the seaguls! And please do not feed them, as it only encourage them to attack your meal ...

The food at this restaurant was fantastic. Despite the long line and wait outside in the cold wind, it was definitely worth it. The batter had a delicious flavor and the spicy chips were also very tasty. It's best to eat them hot and fresh, so I recommend eating in the car!
