Delicious Italian food, wonderful as always. I don’t think I’ve ever been let down. Staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. It’s more expensive than other standard chains but you get what you pay for.

fantastic and great for children too. children's menu with colour/drawing pens that are ideal for children of the enkel, and eating is top thick in a beautiful environment, excellent service and friendly staff. and the cream brulee should die. can not recommend very enough!

We had a fantastic night at this restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful and even though both the upstairs and downstairs were fully occupied, the service was excellent, with waiters being very attentive and the food being delicious. We live nearby and will definitely be returning.

If you enjoy and appreciate good, authentic Italian cuisine.... and in a relaxing atmosphere.... coupled with attentive service then treat yourself to Zaza's in Berkhamsted. Yesterday lunchtime, with my two sons, is exactly what we did. Absolutely brilliant. We will return! Promise!

Saturday night, place was full, great atmosphere. really enjoyed us, eat very well, esp pasta (obviously). very busy meant one because come for the net, not a problem and to compensate, we gave free desserts. good gesture. worth a visit. 4 adult £115 desserts would have added 25. (parking near)
