We booked a table and we were glad we did. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and the price reasonable. We will return in the future and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We had a fantastic night at this restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful and even though both the upstairs and downstairs were fully occupied, the service was excellent, with waiters being very attentive and the food being delicious. We live nearby and will definitely be returning. View menu

If you enjoy and appreciate good, authentic Italian cuisine.... and in a relaxing atmosphere.... coupled with attentive service then treat yourself to Zaza's in Berkhamsted. Yesterday lunchtime, with my two sons, is exactly what we did. Absolutely brilliant. We will return! Promise!

The staff at this restaurant was helpful, efficient, and lovely. The food was delicious, particularly the calves liver which was incredibly tasty and tender. The sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu were also great. We were pleased to have found this restaurant online for a convenient stop on our way home.

We booked to celebrate our Wedding anniversary on the actual day. Our waiter and the rest of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. And above put us at our ease with two way conversations. Offered a glass of fizz( on the house) made the evening start in fine fashion, and it continued in the same vein for the rest of the meal. I would highly recommend the Tuna steak and the accompanying menus too such a difficult choice. We will return again. Thank you all View menu

We’re not local so really look forward to coming here when we can. We always get the same thing, the seafood pasta and lamb ragu but we love that the menu doesn’t change as I love knowing my favourite meal will be available! My Nan is a bit of a fussy eater and they changed the crab linguine to not have cream with no issues so it shows it’s freshly cooked which is great. The atmosphere here is great and feels like a nice place for dinner. The staff are a great and attentive and professional. Would recommend to anyone especially for fresh food.

We are regular visitors to ZaZa’s Berkhamsted and this latest meal didn’t disappoint. Service was friendly and efficient, despite being full (which is fairly normal). Although the menu doesn’t change, there is plenty of choice and the specials are always tempting. We had a variety of starters but the prawns in the tomato sauce were excellent. Two of our party had the steaks, which were perfectly cooked and high quality meat. I had a pasta dish with seafood which was delightful. The side dishes are also full of flavour. Highly recommended. In a town with several good restaurants, this place is very reliable.

I visited Zaza in Berkhamsted for the first time tonight. I had made a reservation earlier in the day for a table at 6pm on Saturday night. When we arrived, we were seated upstairs, which we didn't realize was an option. Both the downstairs and upstairs areas were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The staff were all amazing - attentive, polite, and helpful. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant and we are not sure why we hadn't tried it sooner!
