"I have always loved this little restaurant. I go there every time I am in town. For the first time ever, I was disappointed by the “welcome”. The waiter who welcomed my family mumbled that I should have called to let them know that it was no longer a party of 4, but it was now a party of 5. The fifth person was my 7-year old nephew. I admit it was my fault, but the waiter could have been a little nicer about it, especially considering that I am a returning customer. Needless to say, the other waiters were very pleasant and professional. I recommend the plain tarte flambée as a main meal, and the tarte flambée aux pommes with Calvados for dessert. The food is great, and I have never been disappointed in their meals. The setting is beautiful too, and if you show up in the summer, make sure to make a reservation and ask for the outside patio. "Food : we enjoyed as well the starter (you will have to call it a soup , but I prefer a liquid caress , as the main course (a nice re-visited version of fish chips . Drinks : fish likes to swim! our fish was very lucky : in a white Pinot : an exact adequacy! Service : excellent like usually, the full team is very professionnal! Summary : you will love this charming place, we 'll be back there very soon!"

"Excellent We had lunch on Thursday 10 11 2022, with friends, 8 covered. We were very welcome, the room is well decorated, a little noisy when it is full. Lamb soup with vegetables of the moment, perfectly mastered cooking, tender meat, melting, tasteful, excellent. Choucroute garnished with 5 very good meats as well, excellent kidneys, grilled sandbread very good, etc. No false note, the dishes are quite copyy and excellent. Sorbet mango and raspberry, loafed with mandarin sorbet clementines, soup of warm quetsches vanilla ice, etc. Very good. In wine: Saint Véran blanc and Rasteau, perfect to accompany this delicious meal. Excellent price. Nice service, with a smile Thanks to the whole team, we enjoyed it."

"Arrived here when travelling to Switzerland and were hungry in the evening, left the mainroad and arrived in Fegersheim. The restaurant has a lovely terraceb and the inside of the restaurant is a typical and traditional Strasburg area. We were welcommed very jovial and started of with a local spring beer and Muscat d'Alsace. Then we went for the asperges menu with a started that was very original with a liquid egg on a nest of crispy and fine angelhair in a cremy asperges soup. The combination of the cream, crsip and then liquid egg was perfect. The trio of asperges with smoked bacon, local ham and on a toast with fine cut fermented asperges. The last combination was once again very original and was a great variety and diversification on the theme of asperges. The recommended Muscat d'Alsace went very well with the menu. We'll come back when we'll pass in this area."

"We discovered this restaurant with the gourmet passport and do not regret our choice. The meal was very good from beginning to end. we recommend the foie gras burger that is just excellent! You must not forget the staff who is really at the care. the restaurant is planted in a beautiful chalet style décor with a neat decoration. This place is much worth the detour."
