"This is my second time visiting Ahh Toots, both times were disasters as I was met with extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Today I tried to give them a second chance but I was again met with the same hostility. The lady serving had an extremely bad attitude and poor customer service when I politely asked about seating. I do not understand why this place is so hyped up with horrible attitudes like that. Definitely not worth the hype at all. I would definitely not recommend coming here, I would recommend going to Mrs Potts Chocolate House on park street instead."

Cake really dry and flavourless. Coffee's not hot. Really sad because they make it look amazing but it's style over substance.

I purchased an apple crumble donut and it was very good. The building was cute and tucked away. The woman at the register was also kind. The variety of cakes available was impressive.

Wow where do I start. The cakes are amazing and so are the drinks. We liked it soo much that we even bought more cakes the following day to take home with us back to Plymouth. Worth the money.

This place in Bristol is my go-to spot! The cakes are fantastic, the atmosphere is incredible, and the staff is so friendly. They also offer plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices. I highly recommend it! View menu

Great selection of cakes and the coffee is also very good. The prices are a bit high but the quality is definitely worth it. The staff was excellent and even though the restaurant was small, they were very accommodating of our dog.

What a phenomenal find! This little gem is tucked away and feels like a tardis. The sheer choice of cakes is outstanding and a quality to match. We took the dog who was made very welcome and she got home made treats too! Great coffee, relaxed environment. Next time we'll stay for salad too :

What a brilliant find. Popped into this gem when in Bristol. My friend and local guide, Caitlin, regularly visits this place and it isn't a wonder why. It's got a real traditional vibe about it, with a whole range of sweet treats and savoury snacks to choose from. Although tempted by numerous options, in the end I went with a salted caramel brownie which was delightful. I'd love to go back and sit in next time. I'll be back. View menu

Celebrating a significant birthday with a friend, I’d seen a few reviews and decided we’d give it a try. Simply the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. Lovely, quirky cafe. Really quite cramped for space, but somehow that really didn’t matter. Our food was just wonderful. Beautifully presented and everything explained by lovely staff. Some very unusual flavours, and a lot of little treats to try. Some afternoon teas can leave you feeling bloated unable to finish everything but not a crumb left between us just 2 very happy satisfied customers!

Can't fault this wee café at all. Smelled the aroma of the cakes from down the street and couldn't believe the wide range of vegan cakes they had. Staff are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. Went back another morning for breakfast had their veggie sausage, caramelised onion and kale sandwich (with an added fried egg) and honestly, it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. Got a pumpkin spice cookie for afters and it was delicious. Coffee is lovely too. We've been to Bristol a few times and can't believe we missed it before!

"Visited here in Sept 23 for an executive dinner that we were hosting for various senior business leaders. We booked out the whole venue, which was the perfect size and atmosphere for the intimate and exclusive feel that we wanted, plus a convenient location. The TV that shows into the kitchen was fascinating, and the record player was put to use towards the end of the evening! Caroline from the venue helped us organise the event in advance and was great to deal with. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy a welcome drinks reception out the front of the venue, and have the door open all evening to let the balmy night in. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was simply OUTSTANDING so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, particularly the beef steak course! It was so tasty that I even enjoyed the fish dish (not usual for me! . Service on the night was exemplary, the courses were brought out at just the right intervals so you weren't waiting ages but also not being rushed. The chef came out to greet us after the final course, which was a lovely touch and meant we could thank him. Overall, we had really great feedback from our guests, everyone loved it thank you for making our event such a success! We would definitely book again, and I know a few of our guests have already recommended it to their own companies for executive dinners! Would not hesitate to recommend."
