Although few sandwiches were not available as desired, the team was very tailored to our requirements. something that is not on the menu we asked, and they were more than happy to sort it for us. beautiful and friendly staff.

we told the waiter that one of us was allergic to nuts, but then cakes came out with nuts so that they could not be eaten by one of the parties. the cakes were as if they had been frozen and thawed before they were served. the sandwichbrot was a bit stale and the aromen was underwhelming.

the staff was polite and friendly, although the service was somewhat slow. the food was good (afternoontea). the tables were too close together (seat section for 2 people sitting on each table) so made it for talks awkward. you could hear everything that is said most by others clearly and vice versa.

Visited the Aria restaurant whilst staying in the Hyatt hotel, I am coeliac so gluten free and the waitress Yana was very good and helped with all the questions I had. I had the feather blade beef which was good and followed it up with...chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream which was also nice. The atmosphere was relaxed with good decor and water features. This restaurant is fabulous. In the reception area of the Hyatt hotel (which was awful), it feels like a leafy haven in the city. We opted for the valentines course tasting menu which didn’t disappoint. The Moët champagne, cut of delicious beef and two...huge Prawns worth the cost alone. Add in the other tasting courses and the chefs skill in creating some amazing flavours. Truly a bargain. The service was also excellent, from Mohammed, and Tian, both brilliant, courteous and funny. Even the chef popped out to ask how the food was. A lovely experience, we’ll be back. Thanks

I like to spend special occasions on the table. I enjoy, above all, the British tradition of the afternoon, with its combination of aromas and sweets. with a birthday to celebrate we decided to give aria restaurant on a jump. it is located in one of the most striking buildings on the lively broad street, the hyatt regency birmingham atmosphere the hotel is a large modern building with a glamorous interieur. enormous leaf trees and plants penetrate the tee room, which flows with the light through the very high glass ceiling the ambiente is very quiet and relaxing with background music and the cooling sound of a water. there are generous space between tables that...read more

We had afternoon tea on Saturday Jan at Aria and did not have the best tea or service. It started well with a nice selection of veggie or traditional to choose from and a lovely bottle of bubbles however when the food arrived it...went rapidly down hill. The sandwiches were poorly presented cut badly and the bread was hard so bad we returned the first lot, we then waited mins for fresh and they were only marginally improved. The scones were nice and the cakes average at best.
