This is the real deal for authentic Sicilian fare. You'll eat like a local here. They have a world class butcher but you'll also be treated to amazing pasta and seafood options.

Excellent meat, simple but well prepared. They added fish on the menu, but this is originally a meat restaurant. Excellent value for money. Come (unfashionable) early and you can get in and get your food served quickly.

You guys eat well local cuisine but very good from meat to the first all very good but the top reaches it when you take the wine of the house because you hear hear you ask if you want the gaseous .... TOP a dip in the 80s great really recommended evening

If you really want to eat at Arrusti&Mangia you have to go!!! Characteristic place, full of details that recall classic Sicilian cuisine. Located on the outskirts of Ortigia, this lovely trattoria gave me and my partner a pleasant evening of good food. The welcome of the two owners, Ciccio and Maurizio accompanied the various meat courses enjoyed during the evening, excellent cuts, generous portions and rich in flavors that are difficult to forget. A particular appreciation for Simone, who guided us in choosing the evening's dishes and a compliment to all the staff! Highly recommended for those like us who love good food and respect for quality/price, which never hurts!

We came with high hopes to eat authentic sicilian food, however after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes our food was not served. We tried 3 times to get the waiters attention to inquire about our food with no success. All the other tables who came after us were served and finished their food even. When we told the waiter that we are leaving after we asked 3 times about our food he moved his shoulders up and down like I don 't care, you can leave . We were so disappointed about his gesture which was disrespectful. We DON 'T recommand this restaurant at all, it 's like the only serve locals and take care of them. And for a restaurant recommended by TripAdvisor the staff had 0 English skills.

Perhaps if you choose from the fridge something of the wide choice of grilled meat you will be more satisfied than I did. Mixed appetizers all stacked in a single dish consisting of a heated potato croquette, a mixture of mushrooms without sense, fried sugars drowned in oil and heated, parmigiana with bacon or bacon never seen before, a slice of zucchini and two slices of grilled eggplant.
